With high ceilings, historic details, and sumptuous furnishings, our three-story townhouse sits on a quiet block in Mott Haven, five minutes’ walk from the 138th Street & 3rd Ave station. Featuring nine uniquely-styled rooms across three floors (Parlor Floor, Ground Floor, and Top Floor) the house offers an abundance of inspiring spaces for realizing your next project.

The house has a 200-Amp service and the sub panel is located in the Parlor Hallway, accessible to guests. There are at least three conveniently-located power outlets lining each wall of every room.

Lighting Specifications

The back of the house faces directly South and gets beautiful natural light throughout the day through a large window. The amount of light can be controlled with the pocket doors that separate the North Parlor from the South Parlor, and the light that comes in through that windows in the North Parlor can be blocked out with the drop-down backdrop that is mounted on the ceiling.
